What happens now

There is no ticket number and no auto-reply bot. Your message went straight to the studio inbox and one of the three of us will read it today or tomorrow morning, depending on whether we are on a shoot. If you wrote after 17:00 on a Friday, it lands on Monday.

Weena 455 is four minutes from Rotterdam Centraal, with parking under the building. Drop-off for samples is any weekday between 09:00 and 17:00.

If your deadline is tight, phone the studio

Email is fine for most jobs, but if you need a shoot this week, a short call sorts it faster than three rounds of messages. Lines are open weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00.

Questions that come up after a first message

One working day is the normal pace. If you wrote on a weekend during wedding season, plan for the Monday. If nothing arrives by Tuesday, call the studio rather than waiting longer.

If you are reading this page, then yes. The form only lands here after the details have been sent, so there is nothing to re-submit.

Yes, and it helps. Reply to the confirmation email with a few shots of the product or the venue and we will factor them into the quote instead of asking you for them separately.

Once we have sent a quote, the date is held for seven days without a deposit. After that it goes back into the calendar, which is usually when someone else books it.

Your details stay with us to answer the request and nothing else. No list, no reselling, no follow-up spam. The full explanation sits in the privacy policy.

Just reply to the email when it arrives. Changing the product count or the date before the shoot is straightforward, and there is no charge for adjusting the shot list in advance.
