We are a small studio, so there is no call centre and no ticket system. Phone, email or the form all end up in the same inbox, and one of the three of us picks it up.
If nobody picks up the phone, we are probably mid-shoot with a client. Leave a short message and we will call back the same day, or send the details by email and skip the waiting.
The more you put in the brief, the more useful the first reply will be. A rough product count or a venue address is enough to get started.
No auto-reply maze. Here is the actual order of events once your message arrives.
Messages sent before 17:00 on a weekday get read the same afternoon. Anything that lands on a wedding weekend gets answered on the Monday.
Sometimes that is a quote. Sometimes it is a question about the product or the venue. Occasionally it is a no, because we do not shoot everything.
Once the price and the deliverables are agreed, we put a hold on the date for seven days so you can read the quote without pressure.
Samples arrive, set goes up, files come back within five working days of the shoot. Everything after that is one round of small corrections, included.
Tram stop on the corner, paid parking under the building, and a loading lift for anything bigger than a backpack.
Rotterdam Centraal is four minutes on foot. Take the Weena exit, walk straight past the library, and look for number 455 on your left.
Paid parking sits under the building with direct lift access. There is a second garage on the other side of Weena if that one is full.
Come up to the studio between 09:00 and 17:00 on a weekday. Someone will log the items in while you wait, and pack them back after the shoot.
