Telihano started with one camera, a borrowed softbox and a corner of a warehouse on Vierhavensstraat. We moved to Weena a few years later and picked up the odd office portrait job along the way. Most of the work is still the same: pack shots for webshops, look books for small labels, and weddings on weekends.
We keep the crew small on purpose. The person who answers your email is the person standing behind the camera, and the retoucher who fixes the colour of your walnut table is the one who shot it. That saves a lot of explaining.
We shoot a lot of other things too, but these two are the ones people call us about most often. Both come with clear pricing and a fixed delivery date.
Pack shots, on-model shots and 360 spins for webshops and marketplaces. You send the samples, we send back cropped files sized for your product page, your listings and your ads. Colour is matched to the sample you approved, so the walnut tray in the photo is the walnut tray in the box.
Coverage from the getting-ready hours to the first dance, with a second shooter along for the ceremony. Around 600 edited frames land in a private gallery about three weeks later, and your guests can download them without asking you for a link. Ceremonies in Dutch or English.

Once your shoot is in the planner, it stays there. If we ever have to move a date, you hear it from us before you have to ask.
We keep the swatch you approved on file. Refills of the same product look the same as the first batch, six months later.
Everything gets logged in and out, packed back the way it came, and couriered back on the day the shoot wraps.
You get a written quote with the shot count, the retouch level and the delivery date on it. The invoice at the end looks the same.

You get a fixed price, a shot list and a shooting date. Deposits are 30 percent, the rest after you approve the first frames.
Send the products by post or drop them off. We log every item, sticker the variants, and keep the packaging for the return trip.
You are welcome to sit in, or we send a few phone snapshots to a shared chat while the set is being built so nothing drifts.
Files arrive in a download folder, sorted by SKU. First round of small corrections is included, bigger changes are quoted upfront.
Coffee is on us and the lights are usually already up. Half an hour on Weena tells you more than a price list ever will, especially if your products have awkward shapes or shiny surfaces.

Telihano is not a big agency and we are not trying to become one. Three people cover most jobs, with freelancers called in when a wedding needs a second pair of hands or a product batch needs an extra set built overnight.

Phone calls are answered between 09:00 and 18:00 on weekdays. If nobody picks up, we are probably mid-shoot with a client and will call back the same day.
Weena 455 is a four minute walk from the station. There is paid parking under the building and a tram stop on the corner.
