Studio catalogue work for webshops

Product & e-commerce photography

Telihano shoots the product photos your webshop runs on. We take your items out of the box, light them properly and hand back clean catalogue frames plus a few lifestyle setups that show how the thing actually looks in a room. Everything lands in your drive within a week, sized for bol.com, Amazon and your own store.

Catalogue frames, not art projects

Most online shops lose sales on bad photos. The picture is the only thing a buyer can touch. We shoot so people can see the stitching, the material and the true colour before they pay.

A normal shoot day at Telihano handles between forty and seventy items, depending on how much styling each one needs. We work from your spreadsheet, keep the file names you already use, and match the background you have been running for years so nothing looks out of place in your grid.

Shoes, jewellery, food packaging, bike parts, cosmetics. The lighting changes, the discipline does not. You get white background shots for the listing, a couple of detail crops for the second image slot, and the raw files if you ever want to re-edit later.

Pure white background

Cut-out ready frames on a clean white sweep, colour checked against the sample you send us.

Lifestyle angles

Two or three shots of the product in use or on a surface, so the listing does not look stuck in 2009.

Files that plug straight in

Sized and named for your platform, JPG plus PNG with transparency if you need it.

How we set it up

A small studio built for small things

We do not rent space by the hour. The tabletop bay, the cove and the turntable all sit in the same room at Weena 455, so a reshoot never means booking a new location or waiting for a slot.

Colour is checked with a grey card every morning. If your brand red comes back orange on a monitor somewhere else, that is a problem we can point at.

  • Two metre infinity cove for furniture, bikes and anything tall
  • Motorised turntable for 360 degree spins
  • Grey card and colour chart on every setup
  • Tethered shooting, so you see the frame the moment it happens
  • On-site option if your stock cannot leave the warehouse

From box to webshop

Six steps, no surprises

Every shoot runs on the same six steps. You always know which one you are in and what lands next.

01

Send the list

You drop a spreadsheet, or even a photo of the shelf. We check sizes, materials and anything that needs a special background.

Day 0
02

Sample check

Post one item or bring it by. We test the lighting and the colour before the full run, so the whole batch matches the first frame.

Day 1
03

Lighting and setup

Background, angles and props get locked in. You approve a test frame from each angle the same day.

Day 2
04

Shoot day

We work through the list in one pass, sorting items by size so the setup barely changes between them. Forty to seventy pieces is a normal day.

Day 3
05

Retouch and crop

Dust, scratches and stray threads go. Detail crops get pulled for the second and third image slots.

Day 4
06

Handover

Files land in a shared drive under your own naming convention, with the raw files kept in a separate folder.

Day 5
Recent work

Sets we finished this month

A few recent sets from the studio, straight out of the retouch queue.

Questions we get

Things shops ask us

If yours is not here, mail us and we will answer straight, no sales pitch.

Ask us directly

Between forty and seventy, depending on size and how much styling each item needs. We plan that with you before the shoot so nobody is surprised on the day.

Yes, on request. They arrive in a separate folder, unedited and uncropped, so you can come back to them years later.

Send one of your old photos and we will pull the colour and the angle from it. The new frames will sit next to the old ones without a visible jump.

We deliver a standard web set plus platform specific sizes for bol.com, Amazon and Shopify. No extra charge, it is just an export.

We photograph it as it is, note the damage on the packing slip and carry on. You get the frame either way, so you can claim with the courier.

Yes. We bring the lights and the background, and work around your picking schedule. A location day is billed as a shoot day plus travel.
Book the bay

Send us your first ten items

A test run of ten products costs €290 including retouching and tells you within one week whether we fit your shop.

Tell us what you sell

Fill this in and we reply the same working day with a slot and a price. If the list is long, attach it in the next email.
